How long does it take from paying for the order to delivery?

Your final print will be delivered to your indicated Postnet within 5 - 7 working days.

Do you deliver directly to my door?

No, we deliver across South Africa through Postnet to Postnet delivery. This means your final print will be delivered to the Postnet franchise that you select during the payment process.

Do you only deliver in South Africa?

Yes

Can you also do custom prints? Such as printing and delivering an image or artwork that is not on your shop list?

Yes this is absolutely possible. To do this just send an email to andreas@silvertone.co.za with details of your request.

Do you have a physical store that I can visit?

Vintage Prints is an online store, however, we operate out of Silvertone International and you will be able to visit our Silvertone premises during our opening hours and we will assist you with any of your Fine Art Printing needs.

Can I change the Postnet delivery option after I have already finalised the order and payment?

If you are quick enough, yes. We will notify you when your print is on its way which is normally within 3 to 4 days after your order was placed. You are welcome to send an email directly to us at andreas@silvertone.co.za to indicate a change of delivery address. Once we have shipped your print it will however not be possible to change it anymore.

What do I do if my print is damaged when I pick it up from Postnet?

In the rare case that your print might get damaged during the delivery process, contact us immediately with details and photo evidence of the damage, even if it is just pictures taken with your cellphone. We will then get to work to immediately redo your print and send it to you within 3 days with no extra cost involved.
